Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent dining service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously

  • Present menus and explain daily specials

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders

  • Serve food and drinks in a timely manner

  • Check on guests to ensure satisfaction

  • Handle guest concerns professionally

  • Process payments and issue receipts

  • Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas

  • Follow health and safety regulations

  • Work closely with kitchen and staff members
