Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain high service standards, control budgets, and drive profitability while creating a welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food service (if applicable)

Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve complaints or issues

Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff

Develop staff schedules and manage payroll

Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance

Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers

Oversee reservations, occupancy levels, and pricing strategies

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
-
Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and operations

Promote hotel services and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred)

2+ years of experience in hotel management or hospitality supervision

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)

Financial and budgeting skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
